1. We strive to protect the Personal Information of all of our Customers, based on related laws and regulations, observing all criteria.
2. In order to realize this, We will acquire the necessary Personal Information by fair and appropriate means.
3. The Customer Information we acquire - Address, Telephone Number, Fax & E-mail Address, etc. - and any transactions, will be used for the following purposes mentioned below.
4. We will manage all Personal Information, securing and improving Security to prevent unauthorized access, and/or the loss, corruption, manipulation or leaking of said Personal Information.
5. We will obey all related laws and regulations and other standards, as well as striving to improve and advance the steps we take to protect Personal Information according to changes in environment.

Purpose of Use

Protection of Customer Personal Information

a. We will use Personal Information to deliver our products, deliver catalogs and direct e-mails, after service, support, maintenance information, arrival of stock and information regarding campaign fair events.
b. To contact you with estimations of our products.
c. For transactions with us regarding receivables management.

Regarding the E-mailing, posting or calling our Customers with information regarding beneficial services, it will be possible for Customers to cancel these transactions by filling out forms available elsewhere.

Release Correction Deletion

We will manage all Personal Information acquired from our Customers and other than the cases sets out below, under no circumstance will we pass this information to a third-party - other than an approved company - or release information, etc.

- If Customers agree to the release of Personal Information.
- Information will be released if requested by laws and regulations and organs of the state.
- Information will be released if deemed necessary to protect the life, health, and anything that benefits the Customer including property.

Should the Customer request the release, correction or deletion of Personal Information, we will take swift action if you contact us. However, the minimal Personal Information that we require to conduct business will not be deleted.

Others

In order to undertake steps to protect Personal Information, or in order to deal with changes in the standards of laws and regulations, we may change the procedures regarding matters of public announcement, release, correction and deletion based on our Policy regarding Personal Information without prior notice.
